Azerbaijanis Selling Armenian Drams: 'Hraparak'
According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', the issue of the money left in the banks of Shushi has been actively discussed since the end of the war. On November 7, numerous cash transport vehicles were visible in the photographs taken near Shushi, leading to the belief that our forces were more diligently transferring monetary resources than artworks.
There are now reports that Azerbaijanis are involved in selling Armenian drams, offering 100,000 drams for 100 dollars. Our source in Artsakh confirmed that the sums in question are not significant, and the offer was made by Azerbaijani soldiers in Hadrut. However, a week later, those interested were told that the offer was no longer valid. It was later revealed that they had purchased food and other goods from Artsakh shops through the Russians.
