58 Wildfires Registered in Greece Within 24 Hours
The Greek fire service has reported that 58 wildfires were registered in the country over a 24-hour period, according to the Greek City Times.
A total of 321 firefighting vehicles, 6 helicopters, and 3 aircraft were deployed, involving 708 personnel and volunteers from the fire service.
Most of the fires have been extinguished, and the causes of the outbreaks are under investigation.
