Court of Appeals Rejects Defense's Appeal in Armen Charchyan Case

The Court of Appeals, presided over by Judge Lusine Abgaryan, announced its decision regarding the appeal submitted by the defense against the detention of Armen Charchyan, a candidate for the 'Hayastan' alliance and the director of the Izmirlian Medical Center. As reported by Armenpress, Charchyan's lawyer Aram Vardevanyan informed reporters that the court rejected the defense's appeal.

Consequently, Armen Charchyan will remain in custody.
