Civic Contract Involved as a Third Party in Disputed Election Results

Acting Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan announced on his Facebook page that the Civic Contract party has been involved as a third party in a dispute concerning election results.

“The 'Civic Contract' party, based on its own application, has been involved as a third party in the unified case regarding the Central Electoral Commission's decision number 184-A dated June 27, 2021, pertaining to the summation of the results of the extraordinary parliamentary elections held on June 20, 2021,” Badasyan wrote.

A legal position from the Civic Contract party will be presented in connection with the submitted applications soon.
