What Will Pashinyan Discuss with Putin? Secretary of the Security Council Unveils Details
"Nikol Pashinyan and Vladimir Putin will discuss a broad agenda of Armenian-Russian relations in Moscow, with security as the main focus," stated the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, during a public television broadcast, referring to the acting Prime Minister's upcoming visit to Moscow.
According to him, topics on the agenda include questions related to the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well as the trilateral statements from November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021.
"Naturally, the current border situation and solutions will also be discussed, because Armenian-Russian relations and our positions on this matter are, I can say unequivocally, similar, and our positions are also identical on this issue. The Prime Minister needs to have a discussion on how we move forward so that the border issue has a resolution," Grigoryan noted.
He also stated that issues regarding the development of Armenian-Russian relations and potential cooperation will be discussed. Overall, the scope of the questions to be addressed is quite broad, ranging from security to trade and economic matters.
