Two Armenians Sentenced for 'Espionage' in Azerbaijan: Davit Davtyan and Gevorg Sujyan
The investigation into the criminal case against two Armenians has concluded in Azerbaijan. Thus, Davit Tigrani Davtyan and Gevorg Rubeni Sujyan have been found guilty under Article 276 of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code (espionage).
According to minval.az, the pre-investigation phase has been completed, and the materials have been sent to the Baku Serious Crimes Court for consideration. The case has been assigned to Judge Ali Mamedov. The preliminary court session will take place on July 14.
