Gazelle Loaded with Wood Crashes into Iron Barriers in Kotayk, Driver's Identity is Being Clarified

On July 4th, an accident occurred in the Kotayk region. At around 19:30, a Gazelle vehicle, under unclear circumstances, veered off the road while heading towards Yerevan on the 25 km section of the Yerevan-Sevan highway and collided with iron barriers.

According to Shamshyan.com, there were fortunately no injuries reported from the accident. Officers from the 1st squad of the 3rd platoon of the 2nd Traffic Police Battalion, Arthur Hakobyan and Volodya Karapetyan, arrived promptly at the scene. Senior investigator Misha Stepanyan led the investigative work on-site, and materials are being prepared regarding the incident. The police are working to identify the driver. The vehicle was loaded with wood.
