Citizen Drowns in Waterfall Near Lichq Village, MES Reports

On July 4, at 11:35 AM, the Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center received a report of a drowning incident at a waterfall near Lichq village. An operational group from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' regional rescue department, along with a firefighting and rescue unit, and a diving team from the special rescue operations center, were dispatched to the scene.

It was found that G. P. (born in 1991) had drowned while swimming in a lake known as Heart-shaped. N. M. (born in 1991) and N. H. (born in 1994), who attempted to assist him, were brought to shore by local residents. The injured individuals received necessary medical assistance on-site.
