Rescue Workers Discover Four More Bodies in Varanda and Jarakhat Regions

On July 3, during search operations in the Varanda (Fizuli) and Jarakhat (Jabrayil) regions, rescuers uncovered and retrieved four more bodies from the occupied territories of Artsakh. This was reported by the Emergency Situations State Service of Artsakh.

“Preliminary data suggests that they are participants in military operations (conscripts, volunteers, reservists). The identities of the Armenian heroes will be clarified after forensic examination,” the statement mentioned.

Since the search efforts began immediately after the 2020 Artsakh war, a total of 1595 bodies have been discovered and retrieved from the lost territories of Artsakh to date.
