Which Political Forces Have Filed with the Constitutional Court

The spokesperson for the Constitutional Court, Eva Tovmasyan, has stated:  "The application of the 'Honorary' alliance, which participated in the snap parliamentary elections, has been registered at the Constitutional Court, regarding the decision No. 184 of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia on summarizing the results of the snap parliamentary elections of June 20, 2021, and demanding the invalidation of the election results.

Today, the application of the 'Armenia' alliance, which participated in the snap parliamentary elections, as well as the applications of the 'Awakening' party and the 'Homeland of Armenians' party, have also been registered in the Constitutional Court. Thus, as of July 2, 2021, the Constitutional Court has received four applications regarding the results of the snap parliamentary elections."
