Murder in Yeghvard: The Killer Called the Police Himself
On July 2, at 1:28 AM, a citizen calling the Nairi police department reported that a police presence was needed near the monument in Yeghvard, stating that he had killed a person.
An operational group dispatched to the scene discovered the body of Samvel Arakelyan, a 1960-born resident of Yeghvard, inside an Opel vehicle.
Circumstances are being clarified, and an investigation is underway.
