Scorpion Bites Jeep Grand Cherokee Driver's Foot, Leading to Accident; Injuries Reported

Today, on June 30, an extraordinary incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 08:25, Yerevan resident Davit Sarukhanyan lost control of his Jeep Grand Cherokee on Isakov Avenue, veering off the road, crashing into basalt curbs, and then colliding with an electric substation.

According to reports from the scene by shamshyan.com, two individuals were taken to Armenia Medical Center with bodily injuries following the accident. The first responders included traffic police officers from Yerevan and civilians who were present at the location.

The driver informed arriving medical personnel that the cause of the accident was a scorpion sting on his foot while he was driving, which resulted in his inability to control the vehicle, ultimately leading to the crash.
