Lavrov Discusses the Return of Refugees and Temporarily Displaced Persons to Artsakh with Filippo Grandi

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, discussed the return of refugees and temporarily displaced persons to Artsakh with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi, among other issues. This was stated in a message released by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

“The issues of the return of refugees and temporarily displaced persons to Artsakh and adjacent areas, in accordance with the trilateral statement made by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia on November 9, 2020, were discussed,” the message indicated.
