Has the Process of Demarcation and Delimitation at the Border Already Started?

Political analyst Vardan Balyan writes: “For several days now, the Russian military has been deploying along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Meanwhile, in Azerbaijan, the Turkish-Azerbaijani military exercises, which were not previously announced, are interpreted by Azerbaijanis in the context of this process, expressing clear concern and dissatisfaction.

It is noteworthy that in the Azerbaijani information space, reference is made to the statement by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, that the Russian military will be deployed along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border while the process of demarcation and delimitation is ongoing. This means that the process has already started, and the Armenian authorities are activating internal false agendas to divert public attention, such as issues regarding irrigation water, the dismissal of the mayor of Yerevan, and nationwide local government elections, among others.”
