Brutal Incident in Yerevan: Pedestrian Dies After Being Struck Twice by Vehicles
On June 29, a double pedestrian accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 01:45 AM, Edgar Hayrapetyan, a 35-year-old resident of Yerevan, struck a yet unidentified man, approximately 50-55 years old, with his Nissan vehicle in front of building 20 on Mashtots Avenue.
According to shamshyan.com from the scene, the pedestrian was then struck again by Ludvig Khachatryan, a 38-year-old resident of Armavir Province, driving an Opel vehicle. The victim was taken to the number 1 university hospital with extremely severe injuries, where he was pronounced dead at around 02:20 AM, without regaining consciousness.
The police and investigative department are working to establish the identity of the deceased.
