A Tragic Accident Near Kotayk's 'Jambo' Restaurant Involves Porsche Cayenne and 06, Leaving One Dead

Today, June 29, a major and tragic car accident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 18:20, on the main street of Dzoraghbyur village and at the 1st dead-end of Azatutyun street, a Porsche Cayenne collided with a ВАЗ 2106 vehicle near the 'Jambo' restaurant complex. According to shamshyan.com, one person died on the spot as a result of the crash.

A team of doctors from the 'Abovyan' medical center promptly arrived at the scene and confirmed the death. Based on the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under the provisions of part 2 of Article 242 of the RA Criminal Code, according to the decision of S. Sedrakyan. The police and investigative department are currently identifying the drivers and the deceased.

By the investigator's directive, the vehicles have been transferred to the special storage area of the Kotayk police department.
