They Do Not Understand Human Language, But We Managed to Collect the Hay: The Village Head of Tegh on the Incident

Residents contacted us about the situation in Tegh village, and the village head also reached out to me. This was stated by Argam Hovsepyan, the head of Aravus village in Syunik Marz, in an interview with Tert.am.

“After the residents' alert, the village head of Tegh and the boys from the volunteer detachment contacted me, and as community leaders, we were at the scene with the commander of the first army corps,” noted Hovsepyan.

He mentioned that despite the aggressive attitude of the Azerbaijani side during negotiations, it was possible to collect the hay. “The Azerbaijanis were extremely aggressive; they do not understand human language or negotiations, and it was impossible to speak calmly with them, but we managed to make it so that the residents could gather the hay, load it onto the vehicle, and then we left the scene,” he said.

It is noteworthy that the residents of Tegh village went yesterday to the junction of Tegh-Aravus-Khndzoresk to collect the harvested hay, but enemy soldiers descended from their positions and prohibited them from gathering the hay.
