Car Rolls into Ravine on Martakert-Jankatagh Section; Two Injured are Children

On June 27 at 11:30 AM, the regional medical unit reported that at 11:15 AM the same day, residents of Martakert city were admitted: V.S. (born in 1976) with open cranial trauma, concussion, and soft tissue injuries; Sh.S. (born in 2017) with abrasions on the left foot and suspected concussion; and R.S. (born in 2020) with suspected closed cranial trauma.

The investigator established that at approximately 10:50 AM, H.S. (born in 1995), while driving a Nissan X-Trail, exited the roadway at the 10th kilometer of the Martakert-Jankatagh highway and rolled into a ravine, resulting in the mentioned injuries to the individuals.

The preliminary cause of the accident was identified as air loss from the vehicle’s tire. The investigation is being conducted by the regional division of the Martakert police.
