Video: Fire at Nubarashen Landfill Intensified by Wind

Yesterday evening, at 18:46, the Crisis Management National Center received a report about a fire that broke out at the Nubarashen landfill in Yerevan. Emergency response teams from the Yerevan firefighting department dispatched three fire crews and an operational group from the Firefighting and Rescue Operations Organization Division to the scene.

Approximately 4 hectares of land are undergoing firefighting operations. There are still smoldering hotspots, and a duty status has been established. The Director of the Fire and Rescue Service, Colonel Armen Gasparyan, and the Deputy Director, Colonel T. Petrosyan, were present at the scene.
