Generals intentionally failed military affairs for the sake of removing power. This was noted by Freedom Fighter Koryun Asatryan in an interview with "First News".

"The responsible parties are the three presidents. We have served them like dogs," noted the freedom fighter.

K. Asatryan recounted that even 15 years after the liberation of Talish, the trenches built during the First War were still there, which is why they were not allowed to ascend to the positions in Talish.

According to the freedom fighter, if the generals, including Seyran Ohanyan, had the mindset to maintain Shusha with their provided resources: "Oganovsky, Balasanyan, Agabekyan and the generals of Artsakh had ordered to leave it."
