Administrative Court Revokes Warning Against Nikol Pashinyan by the CEC
The Administrative Court has satisfied the claim of the "Civil Contract" party against the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) and revoked the warning issued to Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan by the CEC. This was stated by Tigran Naghadalyan, the authorized representative of the "Civil Contract" party, in a conversation with NEWS.am.
It is worth mentioning that the "Civil Contract" party had appealed to the Administrative Court against the CEC's decision, which imposed a warning on the party's prime ministerial candidate, Nikol Pashinyan, for violating the rules of the silence day.
