3 New Judges Appointed by Armen Sarkissian
The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has appointed new judges. According to his decrees, it states:
“Based on Article 139, clause 1, and Article 166, clause 6 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal presented by the Supreme Judicial Council on June 21, 2021, decision BDC-42-O-77, Judge Edward Nahapetyan of the Administrative Court has been appointed as a judge of the Court of Appeals.”
“Based on Article 139, clause 1, and Article 166, clause 6 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal presented by the Supreme Judicial Council on June 21, 2021, decision BDC-42-O-78, Judge Liana Hakobyan of the Administrative Court has been appointed as a judge of the Court of Appeals.”
“Based on Article 139, clause 1, and Article 166, clause 6 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal presented by the Supreme Judicial Council on June 21, 2021, decision BDC-42-O-79, Karen Gevorgyan has been appointed as a judge of the Court of Appeals.”
