Power Outages Expected Today in Yerevan and 6 Provinces

The Armenian Electric Networks company has announced that on June 24, there will be scheduled power outages in Yerevan and surrounding areas due to maintenance work.

In Yerevan, electricity supply will be suspended from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the following addresses: 2, 4 Amiryan Street, 6-45 Buzandi Street private homes, 18-45 Koghbitzu Street private homes, buildings at 31, 31a, 33 Tumanyan Street, 57, 59, 61 Hini Yerevantsi Street, 15-28 Parpetzi Street, and buildings 29, 31 Mashtots Avenue, among others.

Additionally, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, power will be cut to private homes on Kavkazyan and Papazyan Streets, as well as at various state institutions and companies in the area.

In the Ararat Province, power outages are expected from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in villages such as Nor Kuri, Hovtashat, Marmarashen, Noramarg, Ranchpar, and Araks. From 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, partial outages will occur in the village of Zangakatun and Vardashat Urcalanj, impacting telecommunications services.

In Vayots Dzor Province, outages are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in villages including Yelpin, Chiva, Rind, and Areni, with additional services expected to be affected.

Further outages are anticipated across Kotayk, Gegharkunik, and Lori provinces at various times throughout the day.
