Listening Devices Installed in Offices of Non-Compliant Judges to Gather Compromising Material
According to information from the newspaper "Zhoghovurd", a remarkable situation has arisen in the judicial system, as listening devices have been installed in the offices of non-compliant judges to gather compromising material against them. What is noteworthy is that law enforcement agencies suspect that even the head of the Judicial Department, Karen Poladyan, may have been aware of this process.
"Zhoghovurd" has also obtained a list of judges whose offices have been equipped with these listening devices. They include Robert Papoyan, Nelly Baghdasaryan, Anna Danibekyan, Serzhik Avetisyan, Tigran Poladyan, Gevorg Narimanyan, Vazgen Rshtuni, Mkhitar Papoyan, Davit Grigoryan, and Manuk Margaryan.
It should be noted that the installation of listening devices in these judges' offices is not accidental, as many of them have been involved in controversial cases. For example, Anna Danibekyan and Davit Grigoryan have been the judges presiding over the case of Robert Kocharyan. Mkhitar Papoyan and Vazgen Rshtuni have also been linked to the decision regarding Kocharyan's release since 2019, which was read by Davit Grigoryan.
This means that there are no random names on this list, and installing listening devices in their offices serves a specific purpose. In any case, internal observations have been conducted in the judges' offices during this process, their telephone conversations and correspondence have been monitored, and revelations have occurred. "Zhoghovurd" will address these findings in future issues.
