Ayvazyan Responds to the National Security Secretary's Accusations

Ara Ayvazyan has responded to the statement made by National Security Secretary Armen Grigoryan regarding accusations that Ayvazyan obstructed the resolution of the issue concerning prisoners during his tenure.

According to Sputnik Armenia’s Telegram channel, Ayvazyan stated, “I have not listened to the interview, but if it corresponds to reality, then I do not comment on absurdities.” He did not rule out that he might provide further commentary after personally viewing the interview, should he find it necessary.

It’s worth noting that the National Security Secretary had accused Ayvazyan, claiming that while serving as an official, he told colleagues that we do not have the maps of the mined fields, which we have already provided. He added that when Ayvazyan resigned, it created an opportunity for this issue to be resolved.
