Major Car Accident in Kotayk Province: VAZ 21099 Collides with Bridge's Concrete Edge and Overturns
Today, on June 21, a major car accident occurred in Kotayk Province. At approximately 4:20 AM, the Sevak Medical Center reported to the Sevan Police Department that three individuals had been transported to their facility with injuries resulting from a car accident.
According to shamshyan.com, a police operational group headed by the Sevan Police Department Chief Suren Janikyan was dispatched to the hospital. The officers discovered that the injured individuals were residents of Gegharkunik Province: 32-year-old Karen Avetisyan, 21-year-old Shahen Manukyan, and 56-year-old Gagik Mneyan.
The employees of the Sevan Police Department determined that these individuals had been involved in a car accident within the administrative territory of Kotayk Province and relayed that information to the Hrazdan Police Department. The accident took place at the 42 km mark of the Yerevan-Sevan highway, where a VAZ 21099 vehicle collided with the concrete edge of a bridge in the village of Lernanist and overturned.
