Video: Levon Ter-Petrosyan Casts His Vote
The first President of Armenia and leader of the Armenian National Congress, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, has cast his vote.
He did not provide any comments after voting. Similar to former President Serzh Sargsyan, Ter-Petrosyan also encountered issues with fingerprint recognition; the device failed to recognize his right index finger and instead recognized his left finger.
