Shots Fired at Azatashen Village Polling Station

On June 20 at 8:30 AM, the Masis division of the Police received a report that gunfire was heard at polling station 11/11 in Azatashen village.

The Public Relations Department of the Police of Armenia reported that an operational group has arrived at the scene. It was revealed that a dispute occurred outside the polling station between representatives of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) and the ‘Heritage’ Party, during which shots were fired from a gas pistol. The pistol has been confiscated.

The circumstances are being investigated.
