As of 11:00 AM, a total of 316,291 individuals have participated in the early parliamentary elections of 2021, representing 12.2% of the 2,578,789 eligible voters. This information was provided by Laura Galstyan, the Deputy Chair of the Central Election Commission, during a briefing at the commission's information center.

It is noteworthy that during the previous parliamentary elections, as of 11:00 AM, 201,250 out of 2,592,479 eligible voters had cast their ballots, which amounted to 7.76% of the total voters.
