Anti-Propaganda Flyers Featuring R. Kocharyan Organized by Ruling Party

The Election Monitoring Committee has issued a statement, which we present below.

“The Election Monitoring Committee has received information that anti-propaganda flyers featuring Robert Kocharyan’s photo, distributed throughout the city of Yerevan, have been organized by the ruling Civil Contract party. This was done by involving employees from municipal organizations responsible for cleaning the city’s sidewalks and streets at night. They were instructed to visit the headquarters of the Civil Contract to collect packages of the flyers.”
