Director of Izmirlyan Medical Center Detained and Arrested by NSS

According to reports from 'Haykakan Zhamanak', the director of the Izmirlyan Medical Center and the head of the 'Hayastan' alliance, Arman Charchyan, has been detained and arrested by the National Security Service (NSS).

It is important to note that a criminal case was initiated against Charchyan for allegedly threatening employees, under Article 154.2, Part 4, Clause 2 of the RA Criminal Code (coercing participation in elections against two or more persons).

Earlier today, the Fact-Checking Platform issued a statement that Arman Charchyan, a candidate for parliament from the 'Hayastan' alliance and the director of the Izmirlyan Medical Center, made threats during a meeting with employees this morning, coercing them to participate in the elections. Charchyan stated that he is a candidate for the 'Hayastan' alliance and that if anyone does not participate in the elections, he will be aware of it.
