There were forces with which we could have formed a coalition to avoid financial problems, but we never compromised our principles and values for financial resources; that is why we have remained principled figures and this is the reason we offer an alternative to citizens.

This was stated by Davit Sanasaryan, the president of the 'Sovereign Armenia' party, in an interview with ArmDaily.am.

"In other words, we were offered to align with this or that force, but we would have had to deviate from our principles on certain issues, for example, regarding Amulsar, the current government, and the former ones. We have told everyone goodbye, good luck, we will not be walking this path with you. That is, we have resolved the election deposit and other issues through debt. We will return it, we are confident that we will pass to parliament and if we have more than 3 percent of the election deposit, the state will return that deposit to us. Of course, it is hard to imagine that a political force participates in the electoral battle in this way, but our main capital is our human qualities and if we were to proceed based on finances, we would have never participated in political processes," he noted.
