Do Not Attend Today’s Rally, You Know the Procedures: Arpine Hovhannisyan’s Call to Public Servants

The former Minister of Justice and former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Arpine Hovhannisyan, writes:
“Dear public servants: It is the last act of the presentation, stand firm. Do not attend today’s rally. You know the procedures. And do not be afraid; they won’t have the chance to remove you. By the way, record your superiors who are inviting you to the rally; the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia has articles regarding this matter.
I urge mayors and other officials who commit violations to save themselves and remain within the law. This is a small country. Everyone knows everyone, and after June 20, there is life, and that life is without malice. Do not look at how convincingly they shout or try to persuade you. Just stay within the framework of the law.”
