Tsarukyan Sees Solution to Security Issues in Signing New Agreement with Russia

Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the electoral list of the Prosperous Armenia party, announced during a meeting with residents in the Lori region that it is essential to first address the security concerns of the citizens of Armenia to ensure they do not live in tension, discomfort, and anxiety.

Tsarukyan believes that the resolution of the country's security issues lies in the expansion of military-political cooperation with the Russian Federation.

"The solution must unambiguously involve Russia; we need to sign a new agreement, as I have been saying for the past six months. Russian and Armenian soldiers must stand side by side to ensure that not even a fly can pass through our borders. This is as crucial as air and water. A new military-political agreement with Russia must be signed to fully put an end to all this, strengthening our borders and allowing Armenian and Russian soldiers to guard a united border. Only then can we fully ensure the security of our country and people," Tsarukyan emphasized.
