We Waited Four Hours: No Quorum in the National Assembly
Today was supposed to mark the start of the regular four-day session of the National Assembly. However, no quorum was achieved in the meeting hall, with only 12 deputies registered.
The Vice Speaker of the National Assembly, Lena Nazaryan, announced that registration would continue until the necessary number of deputies was reached, but for no longer than four hours. "We waited four hours," she said.
