VIDEO: Suspect Armed with a Handgun Attempted Burglary

On June 10, the Malatya division of the police received a report that there had been an attempted theft from a house on Raffi Street.

The operational group that arrived at the scene found that during the night, the door lock of the house had been broken with the use of technical means, and there was an attempt to steal from the shed, but for some unknown reasons, the suspects could not complete the deed.

As a result of necessary investigative measures, criminal investigators obtained information that the attempted theft might have been committed by a 45-year-old resident of Hakobyants Street.

Thanks to explanatory work, on June 12, the suspect showed up at the Malatya division of the police, provided a confession, and also presented a makeshift drum pistol.

A forensic examination has been appointed, and materials are being prepared.
