VIDEO: Car Unexpectedly Falls into Abandoned Well in Mumbai

A car unexpectedly fell into an abandoned well in Mumbai, India, where a parking lot had been constructed above the well, according to a report by BBC News.

Mumbai police have reported that there were no injuries as a result of the incident and added that the well's reinforced concrete cover was broken. Following the incident, the water in the well was drained, and the car was subsequently retrieved.

The owner of the vehicle expressed disbelief, stating that he never imagined such an event could occur and was unaware of the well's existence. “I could never have envisioned this happening in my dreams. If we had known, why would we have parked the car there? We were never informed about it,” said car owner Kiran Doshi.

It is known that the well was sealed off 40 years ago to make way for the construction of the parking area.
