Video Footage Involving Armenian Captives Released: Artak Zeynalyan

Human rights defender Artak Zeynalyan has released a series of videos featuring soldiers and civilians captured in Azerbaijan.

Attached to this message, we present videos in which the soldiers and characteristics of the location depicted allow for clear recognition by those familiar with them or the area. In order to protect the rights of potential captives and their family members, we request that individuals who recognize the persons and/or the location in the videos contact either Siranuş Sahakyan or myself.

We ask for you to provide pictures and/or videos that affirm your conviction about the potential captive and their identity being the same as that of the person you know. At the same time, we inform you that the identity of the potential captive will be confirmed through appropriate procedures, including examinations.
