Kocharian is Confident that His Coalition Will Be Able to Propel the Country Forward Rapidly

The second President of Armenia and the Prime Ministerial candidate of the "Hayastan" coalition, Robert Kocharian, is confident that his coalition will be able to propel the country forward rapidly. He spoke about this during a meeting with citizens in Vedi.

Listening to the gathered citizens and responding to their raised questions, he discussed their plans for the agricultural sector. In particular, he addressed irrigation issues, announcing that the subsidy levels would be changed for three years. "The calculations are not finalized yet, but I believe you will be receiving symbolic amounts for irrigation for three years. I know that many are under loans, and this economic downturn has brought about imbalances and an increase in loan packages; it is difficult to emerge from that financial burden without support," said Kocharian.

Touching upon the development of sports, he distinguished between elite sports and mass sports. "If we do not have mass sports, we will not have elite sports either. At least 8-10 thousand children should be practicing in one sport to advance several in elite sports. One feeds the other; you cannot build just one sports school and think that you will achieve success. And mass sports are essential for the health of the population," emphasized the second President of Armenia.

Kocharian reiterated that they are the political force that possesses experience, determination, knowledge, and willpower. "If you trust us, we will break these declining sentiments and advance at a rapid pace. I am confident. Otherwise, I would not take on this burden. We will justify your trust," concluded Robert Kocharian, the Prime Ministerial candidate of the "Hayastan" coalition.
