Two Residents of Tegh Village Found in Azerbaijani Territory: Armenian Defense Ministry Reports
Two residents of Tegh village in Syunik Province were found in Azerbaijani territory yesterday, June 12. This information was reported by the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
According to the statement, "During agricultural work in the border area of Tegh village in Syunik Province, two local residents, while operating their tractors, became disoriented in the terrain and ended up in Azerbaijani territory."
It was noted that shortly after the incident, following negotiations between Armenian border guards and Russian border forces with Azerbaijani military officials, the farmers were released and their agricultural equipment was returned.
