6-Year-Old Boy Hospitalized Due to Hit-and-Run Has Died

On June 11, a 6-year-old boy, Davit Avagyan, from the village of Noramarg in the Ararat region, passed away in the intensive care unit of the "Holy Mother of God" medical center in Yerevan. According to Shamshyan.com, he had been transferred to the medical center on June 6 with a severe diagnosis.

On that day, around 8:50 PM, a 24-year-old resident of the Ararat region, Van Sargsyan, struck Davit Avagyan with his Mercedes vehicle on Freedom Street in Noramarg. Following the incident, he transported the child to the "Masis" medical center, from where the child was then transferred by ambulance to the "Holy Mother of God" medical center.
