The most hated oligarch in Armenia, Grzo, has been dubbed the "crystal clear, corruption-free" fifth member of the My Step political bloc. This statement was made by the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, during a meeting in the Vayots Dzor region.

“There are older people here who will remember who initiated the looting in Armenia, who the number one oligarch was who discredited the good name of businesspeople. But my remarks are not about Grzo; they are about the capitulator. Over the past three years, there have been numerous instances of looting, and many facts have been published without any explanations for those facts. Cases of smuggling were reported, but there was complete silence. I personally spoke during the war about how the government purchased goods at inflated prices, bypassing the Ministry of Defense. No one responded in any way. So, are we the thieves, or are they?”
