Macron to Discuss Artsakh Issue and Armenia-Azerbaijan Conflict with Erdogan
French President Emmanuel Macron has announced that he wishes to discuss NATO ally behavior guidelines, as well as the situation in Syria, Libya, and Nagorno-Karabakh, during his meeting with Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan. This information has been reported by RIA Novosti.
“I believe that no matter how much we disagree, we must always talk. I would like to talk to President Erdogan about the behavior guidelines between NATO and member states. I would like to discuss the situation in Syria, Libya, Nagorno-Karabakh, and the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Macron stated at a press conference.
He mentioned that their meeting with Erdogan will take place before the NATO summit, which is scheduled to be held on June 14 in Brussels.
