Lena Nazaryan Reflects on Her Interview from Yesterday

Member of the "Civil Contract" party and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Lena Nazaryan has made a post on her Facebook page following criticism of her interview from yesterday.

"Please, review my thoughts expressed in the interview without misinterpretation, distortion, or manipulation. I believe it is a good idea for our educational, scientific, expert, academic, journalistic, medical, political, and civil communities, which have partners in other countries and are members of various international organizations, to organize and reach out to those organizations and professional communities in other countries to support us and call on Azerbaijan to return our compatriots. This type of public diplomacy can be combined with actions undertaken by the government aimed at the prompt return of our compatriots home. The return of prisoners is a priority task for the government, and the consolidation of efforts by professional groups will greatly contribute to this endeavor," she wrote.
