VIDEO: Illegal Weapons and Ammunition Discovered in a Workshop on Isakov Avenue
On June 7, officers from the Malatya division of the police's criminal investigation department received operative information that a man was storing illegal weapons and ammunition in one of the workshops on Isakov Avenue. On the same day, an inspection was conducted in the workshop. During this inspection, the police officers were presented with a Kalashnikov rifle, a Makarov pistol, over 500 rounds of ammunition of various calibers and types, four RGD type grenades, grenade detonators, magazines for the rifle, silencers, and more.
According to the man, he brought the weapons and ammunition from Artsakh last October. A forensic examination has been appointed. The circumstances are being clarified by the investigation.
The police urge individuals to voluntarily surrender illegal weapons and ammunition to avoid criminal liability.
