I Urge Not to Vote for Nikol Pashinyan Under Any Circumstances on June 20: Kapan Mayor

Yes, I am not a member of any political force, but I have already had the opportunity to express that in my opinion, among all the candidates, only Robert Kocharyan can bring the country out of this situation and there can be certain positive expectations from him. This was stated by Kapan Mayor Gevorg Parsyan in an interview with NEWS.am.

Referring to the situation at the border, he said, “The situation remains the same as it was on May 12; there is no change. Of course, along the border line are both our Armed Forces deployed by the Ministry of Defense and the border troops of the NSS, but the situation related to border violations remains the same, the enemy is still inside the borders of Syunik and has not withdrawn. I believe that in this situation, whatever country Nikol Pashinyan appeals to—whether it's any Western country or countries in Asia—these appeals will not be taken seriously, and I do not think we will see a positive response or solutions regarding this.”

Parsyan urged the people of Kapan not to vote for Nikol Pashinyan under any circumstances on June 20.
