Alen Simonian Files Lawsuit Against Tert.am Journalist Ani Gevorgyan
Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, has filed a lawsuit against Tert.am journalist Ani Gevorgyan. The legal complaint has been published in the Judicial Information System.
Simonian’s lawsuit requests the court to obligate Ani Gevorgyan to publicly refute what he claims are defamatory factual statements contained in a video segment.
Simonian is represented by attorney Davit Hunanian. The case has been assigned to Judge Liza Grigoryan.
