Commander of a Volunteer Detachment Was an Agent of Azerbaijani Special Services, Says N. Pashinyan
During a meeting with residents of the Geghanist community in the Ararat region, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed ongoing concerns regarding treason. He stated, “There have been questions raised about treason for a long time. Was there treason or not? In the coming days, there will be an announcement regarding the exposure of state treason.”
Pashinyan revealed that the commander of one of the volunteer detachments, while on the battlefield, was found to be an agent of Azerbaijani special services, providing the enemy with intelligence regarding the deployment of Armenian forces in the Hadrut region and other sensitive information. The National Security Service has already detained him.
