Azerbaijani Social Groups Reported 9,000-10,000 Casualties Hidden by Azerbaijan, Says Hohikyan

Journalist Nairi Hohikyan wrote on his Facebook page that Turkey has sent aid to the families of Azerbaijani soldiers killed in the 2020 war. In a press release, the figure of 6,000 killed was leaked. Recently, official Baku confirmed the data of nearly 3,000 killed, which has been doubled according to Turkish data, reaching 6,000.

In February 2021, some Azerbaijani social groups talked about 9,000-10,000 casualties that are being concealed by the Azerbaijani authorities. By correlating all these figures and publications, I again come to the conclusion that the data of 9,000-12,000 Azerbaijani casualties mentioned in the statement of Azerbaijan's General Staff in December 2020 was correct, although it was deleted hours after the announcement.

According to my reliable information, due to the struggle of Armenian heroic soldiers, at least 11,000 Azerbaijanis were neutralized during the 44 days. Don't be surprised if that number gradually increases, as Azerbaijan may ultimately reach that figure.
