Inflation is Expected

The economy is beginning to breathe, as stated by the President of the Central Bank, Martin Galstyan, during a press conference.

Galstyan noted that their next meeting is scheduled for June 15, where they will discuss inflation in detail.

“External waves are not stopping. We can see that prices in international commodity markets continue to rise. We expect that by the end of the year, there might be a certain acceleration of inflation, and even if we do not achieve our target this year, we will reach our target regarding inflation next year,” said Martin Galstyan.
